Warranty provisions
1) The warranty period is a year after purchase. Warranty applies only
to failure caused by quality problem in the normal use in warranty
period.
2) If no purchase time, the store sales and buyer’s name will be
considered invalid.
3) Please contact immediately with the stores if there is any failure.
4) The following situation is considered as paid services despite in the
warranty period:
A. Failure caused by improper use.
B. Repaired by someone else but not staff of the Company.
C. Failure caused by improper transport or custody.
D. Due to natural disasters such as earthquakes and fires.
E. Others
5) Please present your warranty card to our staff for maintenance, if it
is lost, you will be charged for service expense even in the warranty
period. |
