 Founded in 2003, Jinan Huaao Welding Machine Co., Ltd is a hi-tech enterprise specializing in producing high-power inverter welding machine. The company employs 70 people, including 20 technical personnel with technical secondary school or junior college degree, has established sound design, development, production and marketing system, and formed solid strength. The company has established partnership with Shandong University Scientific Research Institute, and develops new products constantly through independent innovation and launches a number of new products every year. The company adopts modern enterprise management system, and has passed ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System Certification, realizing whole process control from product development and production management, quality assurance, marketing to after-sales service. The company was rated as Contract-stressing & Promise-keeping Enterprise by Jinan Municipal People's Government for two successive years. Its seven serial products were awarded "CCC" Certificate issued by China Quality Certification Center.
All the company's products adopt soft-switch and full-bridge IGBT technology, and cover seven series including internationally advanced NBC series IGBT inverter carbon dioxide gas welding machine, ZX7 series IGBT inverter manual arc welding machine, LGK series IGBT inverter air plasma cutting machine, MZ series IGBT inverter automatically submerged arc welding machine, WS series IGBT inverter welding machine, WSM inverter DC welding machine, WSME AC-DC pulse inverter welding machine seven series, In particular, WSM series and WSME series have realized digital and been put into production since 2006. In January 2008, the company successfully developed the ZX7-2000A inverter DC arc welding machine and LGK-250A inverter air plasma cutting machine, with technological innovation ranking the first in China. And, we also could produce the welding machine with input voltage DC 250V, DC 550V, AC 660V.
In 2007, the Company developed a new generation of energy-saving inverter welding machine, which is waterproof, anti-mist, anti-corrosion, and anti-electronic jamming, to meet the requirements of poor working conditions of global shipbuilding industry.
